By accessing this website, purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, or booking any service offered by Guy Soucy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any products or services.

2. Services & Products Offered

 

Guy Soucy provides:

  • The Muushin™ Burnout Recovery Program (digital program)

  • Coaching services

  • Hypnotherapy sessions

  • Corporate presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions

  • Digital downloads and guided meditation recordings

  • Educational and informational content

 

All products and services are delivered digitally or virtually unless otherwise stated.

3. Educational & Non-Medical Nature

 

All products, programs, and services provided by Guy Soucy are intended for educational, informational, and self-development purposes only.

 

They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.

 

Participation is voluntary and users assume full responsibility for their well-being.

4. Payment Terms

 

All prices are listed in USD (CDN if specified)

 

Payment is required in full prior to access to any program, session, or digital product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. No Refund Policy (Digital Products & Programs)

 

Due to the digital nature of the Muushin™ Burnout Recovery Program and all downloadable products:

 

All sales are final.

 

No refunds will be issued for:

​​

  • Digital programs

  • Online courses

  • Downloadable materials

  • Audio recordings

  • Toolkits

  • Workbooks

  • Membership access

 

Once access has been granted, refunds are not possible.

 

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Coaching & Hypnotherapy Sessions

 

For individual coaching and hypnotherapy sessions:

 

  • Payment is required in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

 

Guy Soucy reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary.

7. Corporate Services (Lunch & Learns)

 

For corporate engagements:​

 

  • Terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

  • Deposits may be required.

  • Cancellation terms will be specified in contract agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided, including:

​​

  • Videos

  • Audios

  • PDFs

  • Worksheets

  • Frameworks

  • Branding

  • Written content

 

are the intellectual property of Guy Soucy and may not be:

​​

  • Shared

  • Distributed

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Sold

  • Recorded

  • Repurposed

 

without written permission.

 

Program access is granted for personal use only.

9. No Guarantees

 

Individual results vary.

 

Participation does not guarantee specific outcomes.

 

Success depends on personal engagement, application, and individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guy Soucy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Emotional distress

  • Financial loss

  • Business interruption

  • Health-related consequences

 

arising from the use of any product or service.

 

Users assume full responsibility for their participation.

11. Account Termination

 

Access to programs may be revoked without refund if:

​

 

  • Materials are shared without permission

  • Abuse or harassment occurs

  • Terms are violated

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New-Brunswick, Canada.
